Afriatr Terms of Service (ToS)

Welcome to Afriatr. By subscribing to our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Platform Purpose

Afriatr is a digital platform connecting African founders with supporters and investors. Subscriptions give users access to platform features, notifications, and early access tools.

Important: Subscriptions are for platform services only. They do not constitute an investment, equity, or ownership in Afriatr or any projects listed.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing, or using Afriatr, you agree to:

  • Comply with these Terms.
  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes.

3. Subscription Fees

  • Subscription plans, pricing, and billing frequency are displayed on the platform.
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
  • You authorize Afriatr to charge your chosen payment method.

4. Refund Policy

  • All subscriptions are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • You may cancel at any time; subscription benefits continue until the end of the billing period.

5. Account Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Notify Afriatr immediately of any unauthorized access.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Afriatr content, branding, code, and materials are the property of Ludzidema (Pty) parent company to Afriatr.
  • You may not copy, distribute, or use content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Afriatr is provided “as is.”
  • The platform does not guarantee any financial returns or success of projects displayed.
  • Afriatr is not liable for damages, losses, or unauthorized access arising from your use.

8. Modifications

  • Afriatr may update the Terms at any time.
  • Changes are effective immediately upon posting; continued use constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Botswana. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of Botswana unless otherwise agreed.
